REPRODUCTIONS AND COPYRIGHT

​

I, Caroline McGonigal reserve the right to use and reproduce any original artwork sold. I alone retain any reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced without proof of permission from me, and may not be copied or downloaded from my website.

ORDERING

 

Your order will be accepted by confirmation email. The email will also confirm details of your order and this is when my contract is made with you.

​

Terms may change. The terms that apply to you are those here on this site on the day you place your order.

You must supply accurate and up to date information about yourself to enable us to deliver your goods.

Only payment made in pounds sterling will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

DELIVERY

 

The full price of your goods must be received before we can dispatch it. All deliveries need to be signed for. ​

 

CANCELLATION​

​

If you change your mind straight away and wish to cancel an order, please contact me immediately, and I will be happy to cancel your order assuming it has not yet been dispatched. If it has, then you will need to follow the refunds procedure. Whilst I will still offer you a refund, you will be liable to pay the return shipping.

​

You may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or customised goods.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

I hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied I will offer a full refund, provided items are returned undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods.

​

Please ensure that the package is sent signed for, and if purchase is over £200, is insured for the value of the artwork.

​

Please note commissioned and customised pieces are exempt from the refund policy.

​

I am unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

​

If the goods are not returned in good condition you are liable for the cost.

​

If the reason for the return was a fault of my own, I will cover the cost of the return, but if the product was perfect, and you have simply changed your mind, then I ask that you pay the cost of shipping the return. This will not affect your refund, which will still be made in full for the cost of the purchase.

​

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 14 days of receipt of the return.
